Camisole dress in black silk crepon, double-layered throughout and finished with a raw cut hem. The outer layer is a precious vintage tulle from the 1920’s that was hand-embroidered with sequins and beads to depict peacock feathers.
The tulle, marked by time, was secured by fixing it to the same type of material, this time in cotton, and both are anchored to the neckline of the garment, but left free to float laterally.
A back panel, this time in cotton tulle, mirrors the front panel perfectly.
The straps, also in tulle and with deliberately visible stitching, are adorned with two leaf-shaped appliques in black jet from the beginning of the 20th century.
The garment is comfortably wide so that it can cover a range of sizes, from 38 to 46.
