Top/mini dress in teal color silk crepon, doubled layered the whole length and finished with a raw cut. The garment is slightly bunched at the front at the level of the pelvis. The top of the garment is composed of what was originally an embroidered collar and cuffs set, dating to around 1900. The colors of the embroidery are very delicate and of a sophisticated taste. Turning the top inside out, one can still admire the embroidery’s original lining in perfect condition, deliberately not replaced. The line at the back of the garment highlights the bare shoulders and back of the wearer.
