In this model, a scorched-earth coloured silk organza camisole acts as a lining and gives an A-line shape to the overlying garment made in a fluid black cotton tulle.
The two layers merge into one, being joined near the neckline.
The top tulle layer features a gathered flounce around the bottom edge as well as at the extremity of each sleeve. The garment features a vintage lace decoration on the bust, combined with a French jet bead decoration from the Victorian era (late 19th century).
